ove food. So here is a unavoidable problem, whenever I ate too much spicy and oily food, the pimple will jump out. Every Single Time!
Yesterday I went to eat Buffet hotpot. OMG! There were so many food, I let myself go WILD.This morning. A big pimple came to visit. so red and painful, just right at the corner of my mouth.
1. Just use the needle tool to pick it & squeeze. Of course, when the pimple is still fresh, you can’t really get all the stuff out. And it will come back. So this is not really a long-term solution.
2. Salt water. Put some salt in the water and apply to the pimple. 1-2 times a day, in two days time, you pimple will start going away. This is more effective when it’s fresh.
3.Boil some milk, use the cotton pad to dip some warm milk and apply on the pimple. It can soften the pimple, then will be easier to squeeze out. If you want, can put some olive oil in the milk, this way can make sure no marks will be left. However, we were going out this morning, so I didn’t have time to deal with this big pimple. So I chose the easiest way— to hide it. Just use the concealer. Not ideal, the skin could not breathe properly. But just for a few hours. I would get it out when I back home.
To prevent pimples, we need to clean our skin thoroughly each day before bed, I would recommend you to try Clinique’s 3 steps– it’s really easy and works. Depends on your skin type, they have sets for dry skin, combination skin, oily and very oily skin. I have no need to think too much about what to buy, since I tried so many, this is the best for me so far. Cleanse, exfoliate, moisturise. Works gently, each step enhancing the next. Take some starter kit and see if they work for you. If it does, you won’t have headache anymore.
Also we need to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, maintain moderate amount of exercises and at least 6-7 hours of sleep.
Try to eat healthy, can be naughty from time to time, like me.
