Say “no” to constipation!
Sorry to pick this topic to start a Monday. 🙂 I had a bit of trouble of constipation this morning, probably because I ate too many toasted sunflower seeds last night while watching TV. Naughty naughty!
Constipation is really bad for skin and general well being. When we have constipation, the waste in our body (mainly in intestinal) could not be discharged, which might cause the toxin being used as the source of “nutrition” again… think about it, when our body tries to absorb something useful from the ‘waste’, what would happen?
Poor complexion, acne breakouts, dry hair, chloasma, etc. will come to bother us as a consequence of constant constipation. According to some research, constipation one day equals to smoking 3 packs of cigarettes. How horrible!
So, if you have the similar problem, should really take caution. There are a few things might be helpful —
1. Drink warm water after you wake up every morning. Give your body a sign — start to warm up & get rid of toxin.
2. Try to eat regularly. Eat as less pickles, fried food as possible, instead, take in more vegetables and fruits. If you still have problems, try some fiber powder.
3. Try to set a time everyday to go to toilet, do moderate exercises.
I have another trick myself, that’s moving your two index fingers at the same time while you sitting on the toilet seat until you succeed. 🙂 Try it, you might be surprised!
