As I always reiterate, I love food and I have multiple meals per day (3-5, varied portion). Once a while, if I don’t have time for quality breakfast, till lunch I would feel so hungry, then I end up eating a lot. Well, I reckon this doesn’t look like a good thing.
However, for your skin, sometimes you can use this approach to help it absorb the nutrition better. For example, you only clean your face at night without applying any moisturizer. Wait till morning, your skin becomes really ‘hungry’, then put on the night cream (don’t worry if you put on too much), your skin will absorb the nutrition fully. I will practice this tonight, hopefully tomorrow my skin will be softer and fresher!
