“Gosh, you skin is still peeling.” My boyfriend screamed in the morning after I came out of the shower and with less clothes on. “oh yes” I looked myself in the mirror, it was quite scary. 80% of my back now was covered with curly dead skin, not really looking good. I got bad sunburn about two weeks ago, lying in the sun in the midday at Manly— I know. Like a suicide, just want to get some color, didn’t really put on sun screen, instead I put self-tan lotion all over…therefore. Anyway, after a few days’ pain, my skin started peeling. No matter how much aloe vera mist I sprayed still can’t change the fact the skin was hurt.
Well, my point is you should try to avoid the sun. Not necessary holding an umbrella wherever you go, but being cautious is wise. Most people do not realize that sunlight reflected off water, sand and snow, or even passing through clouds on an overcast day can be as harmful to their skin as direct sunlight, no need to say the harsh sunlight in Australia. This causes the elastin and collagen fibers to deteriorate making skin less flexible. Oil and sweat glands become less active when this happens and this makes the skin drier. This can also cause fat under the skin to shrink which causes sagging of the skin.
Ok, stop the scary business. We need to put on sun screen in hot summer day. Put on sun glasses to avoid squint your eyes. The skin around eye area is the most vulnerable. 30% of people’s first wrinkles begin appearing around the eyes. With sun glasses also look cool, why not then? Lol… again, drink plenty of water…
Enough for today, back to watch tennis…
