Too many parties, too much drinks, What about my skin?

My long-time friend Julie is 35 years old. She is a successful lawyer, but still single. As she claims “miserable”.  I told her that a lot of people envy her life style, but she just tells me off.  Anyway, she has been partying and drinking heaps for the past months, now she is complaining about how her skin condition deteriorated.  She asked me what are the suggestions, this was what I told her—

OK, first you need to eat correctly to make sure you are not drunk anymore.  Apart from everybody saying cococola & big oily burger (I personally don’t like that, another torture to your body),  it’s proven that wholemeal bread with honey is a great combination for hangover.

Constant late night-out will make the skin complexion worse, you can use some good massage service or even chemical peel. Get rid of the dead layer and do a total refreshing.

Smoking and drinking are two criminals causing skin problems.  You need to stop or take easy little by little.  Also use the antioxidant creams, such as Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Balance which can helps lock in moisture and soften the appearance of fine lines.

Last but not least, you need longer time to get your skin back to track, so short term solution is to hide the imperfections.  How?  We all know to use foundation and concealer.  Don’t forget the SUV during the day, so the foundation you choose needs to have SPF, at least 30.  Dermalogica Solar Defense Booster SPF30 is a great product and NP set concealer can perfectly covers dark circles and blemishes for a healthy, flawless complexion which Julie needs the most at the moment.

Good luck Julie, hope to see you soon and your skin is back to normal.  But please promise me, not too drink that much anymore, ok?  xoxo

Green tea is great, it’s refreshing and full of anti-oxidant.  Drink a lot of water too
